Returns and Exchanges Policy
At SightsAndScopes.com, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return process as simple and stress-free as possible. Our goal is to provide you with exceptional service and support every step of the way. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 21 days of the purchase date.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, please ensure that:
- The product is returned within 21 days of the purchase date.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product is in new and unused condition.
- The product is in re-sellable condition.
Return Process
To initiate a return, you can request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) through one of the following methods:
- Through your account area on our website
- By emailing help@sightsandscopes.com
- By calling our customer service
- By filling out the form on our Contact Us page
Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product to SightsAndScopes.com. The refund will be for the amount of the item minus the original shipping costs.
Procedure for Online Return Requests
If you decide that you need to return an item, just follow these steps to ensure a smooth return experience:
- Log into your SightsAndScopes.com customer account by clicking on “My Account” at the top/right portion of the home page.
- Select the order from which an item needs to be returned.
- Click on “Return Items”.
- Select which item you need to return by entering the quantity of items you wish to return in the appropriate box.
- Select the reason for the return from the drop-down menu.
- Choose “Refund” or “E-store Credit” for the Return Action you desire.
- Leave any comments you wish in the comments box.
- Click “Submit Return Request”.
Once we have received your return request, you will receive a confirmation e-mail letting you know that we have received your request. Just follow the instructions in this e-mail to return the item or items. Once we have received your returned items and have verified that they meet all return requirements outlined earlier, your refund or e-store credit will be issued.
Refund Approval
Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions stated above. If the return is approved, we will process the refund within 30 days. If the return is not approved, we will return the merchandise to the customer at their expense.
